Terry Andrade
Terry is the Executive Vice President of AGI’s Semiconductors and Test Equipment Recruiting Division. With a focus of fulfilling hiring needs of our clients with specialized requirements within the semiconductor industry, Terry’s primary function within AGI is to ensure that the company provides its clients with the very best design, development and support talent available to assist in its growth and expansion.
After earning a B.S Electrical Engineering Degree from NED (Nadirshaw Edulji Dinshaw) Engineering University in Pakistan [the oldest degree-level engineering institution in Pakistan] … Terry went on to complete his M.S in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Oregon State University. He also completed all course requirements for his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Terry transformed his education into a more than three decade work experience when in June of 1979, he Joined AMD as a Product/Test Engineer working on Memory Products (EPROMS). Terry moved on to International Product /Test Engineering Operations and was responsible for Managing and Expanding Production & Testing and ramping up in high Volumes in AMD’s Plants located in the Philippines , Malaysia , Singapore , Bangkok , Taiwan & China.
Terry brings to AGI a senior manager who is proficient and experienced in recruiting for all technical and engineering disciplines, and for new graduates and interns at elite Universities.
