Ben Rodgers

Ben Rodgers is the COO of Alphanumeric Group Inc. and is responsible for ensuring the integrity of our internal operations and our Software Recruiting Divisions. Ben’s primary Recruiting responsibility is to ensure that our clients requesting Software talent acquisition services receive vetted and qualified candidates for their requisitions.

Ben earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology at Fresno State University, Fresno, CA. and his MBA, Management Science, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA…. Ben then joined IBM and obtained product level experience in: Workstation platform, OS Products and Languages; Windows, AIX, UNIX, LINUX, JAVA, PEARL; Web services: IBM WebSphere, Microsoft IIS, HTML, Hardware: IBM Mainframes, Distributed Processing and Enterprise System, Internet Based Applications and SaaS; Database systems; IBM DB2 and IMS, Oracle Relation DB.

Ben parlayed this experience into positions at IBM such as Manager of Software Planning Operations and Program Manager-Strategic Programs. After two decades at IBM, Ben took his talents and became Global Director at Ariba, Inc. Sunnyvale, CA.

Upon joining AGI, Ben assumed the role of COO and VP of Software Technical Recruiting Operations.
