Robert (Bob) Sanders is the President and Founding Principal of Alphanumeric Group Incorporated. With a commitment to a respected process, as well as a personal approach, he has grown the firm into an adaptable premier recruiting resource in virtually any industry. For over four decades, he has put the synergy and relationship between candidates and clients first, while providing Executive Search placement, Retained Search, Board & C-Level Search as well as Dedicated Contingency Search capabilities to small startups and early stage firms who find themselves somewhere in the middle.
Robert Sanders founded Alphanumeric Group Inc., which originally specialized in Engineering Technology Executive Search. He led the expansion into other industries and disciplines over the next four decades of success. His leadership has created a company with unprecedented agility and reach. AGI provides an array of permanent placement and retained search services.
Mr. Sanders’ vision has always been focused on the relationship between clients and candidates. By developing time-tested processes, supported by data-driven research, his firm has become a leader in targeted talent acquisition.
After earning his undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Rochester and a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Texas Arlington, Mr. Sanders was recruited by Texas Instruments and later by Xerox Corporation.
